About LED Station

A sign factory in Subang Jaya.

LED Station (M) Sdn. Bhd. designs, builds and installs signage for shops, restaurants, offices and retail brands. We work from our own factory in Taman Industri Sungai Penaga, Subang Jaya.

Why we build it ourselves

A lot of sign trouble happens between the company that sells a sign and the workshop that makes it. A size gets misread or a colour gets swapped, and nobody finds out until installation day.

We keep the whole job in one building. The people who draw your proof work alongside the people who cut the acrylic, bend the letters, lay the LEDs and print the face, so the details aren't passed through a middleman.

  1. UV flatbed printer

    UV flatbed printer

    Prints straight onto acrylic, foam board, ACP and wood. The ink is cured by UV light as it prints, so boards can go to cutting straight away.

  2. Large-format roll printers

    Large-format roll printers

    For banners, stickers, wallpaper and lightbox fabric. Prints come off the roll and go to the finishing table.

  3. CNC router

    CNC router

    Cuts letters, logos and panels from acrylic, ACP, PVC and wood, following the design file exactly.

  4. Channel-letter bending machine

    Bends metal strip into the sides of 3D letters, matched to the shapes the router cut.

  5. Laser welder

    Joins the sides and backs of stainless-steel letters with neat, even seams.

  6. Industrial oven

    Heats acrylic sheet until it can be bent and formed for curved displays and stands.

    Squares up large boards and mitres aluminium profile for lightbox frames.

    Prints small letter shells and logo details that are too fine to bend by hand.

    Where LED modules, neon flex and power supplies are fitted and wired before a sign is closed up.
